Picking a slot opens a fifteen-minute calendar invitation with me on it. Send it and it lands in my calendar as a request. I confirm the same day, or propose the next open slot if that one has gone.
Evenings only by design. I hold a category during the working day, and I would rather give you a real fifteen minutes than a distracted thirty.
