A small group of operators inside mid-size manufacturers who are actually trying to make AI work on real procurement and supply chain data, comparing notes with people carrying the same problem. Membership is by invitation, and it stays small on purpose.

A place to bring a real problem with the messy data attached, and get read by people who have hit the same wall.
Best practice that has actually survived contact with a plant, written down and kept current rather than presented once.

What it is not

Not a newsletter. Nothing here is broadcast.
Not a vendor showcase. No sponsored sessions, no pay-to-present, no lead lists. Vendors are discussed, not hosted.
Not a mastermind or a personal brand community. Nobody is selling you a mindset.
Not consulting. If a member needs paid work done, that is a separate conversation held outside the group.
Not a place for confidential material. Members talk about method and pattern, never about their employer’s commercial terms.
Not big. It stops being useful the moment it is.

Who gets invited

People with a real problem and the standing to act on it.

The bar is not seniority. It is whether you are close enough to the work that what you say is checkable, and far enough into it that you have already been wrong about something. Most members are inside mid-size US manufacturers. A few are at Tier-1 contract manufacturers, and the group is better for the contrast.
