How I work
What do you need?
Whatever the format, the content is the same: Tier-1 procurement discipline, applied at a scale where it is not standard yet. The range runs from an AI buddy in the room with your team, to a strategic partner who owns the build. Start anywhere, stop anywhere.
AI buddy
Monthly · Standing cadence · Start here
A second read on the hard calls: cost models, escalations, tariff exposure, vendor selection, and which AI pitch on your desk is real. Your team keeps the work. I keep them honest.
Let’s chat 15 MINDiagnostic & Launch Strategy
2 to 4 weeks · Fixed scope
The friction list with numbers behind it, a straight answer on whether your data can carry what you are being sold, and a sequenced launch plan with the first move costed. You can run it yourself from here.
AI Strategic Partner
Build · Multi-month, or full-time
I own the build with you. Approval-gated agents over your procurement data, the data foundations underneath them, and the change management that makes anyone use it. The system prepares and evidences the decision; a human still makes it. Built to outlast me.
Fractional leadership
Embedded · Two to three days a week
I own categories, suppliers, and cost outcomes like a direct hire, and I manage the change so the fixes stick.
Find the Friction
Half day · One session
Where your hours actually go, ranked. You leave with a list your team wrote. Plenty of engagements stop here.
How the session runs DETAILMedia & speaking
Stage, studio, or panel
Keynote, podcast guest, panel seat, or moderator. A working buyer with current numbers, not a consultant describing buyers. I will disagree on air if the data says so.

The AI Incubator
A small, invitation-only group of operators inside mid-size manufacturers who are actually trying to make AI work on real procurement and supply chain data. Not a newsletter, not a vendor showcase, and not a place to be sold to. It exists so people doing the same hard thing stop solving it alone.
What it is, and what it is not →Two jobs, every time
Finding it is the easy half.
Friction finding
Uncomfortable but quick. Teams usually know the answer and have never been asked to put it in order.
Change management
The half that fails. A friction list is only worth the behaviour it changes, and behaviour changes when the rule is written down and somebody senior owns the exception.
I take on a small number of engagements at a time, so that each one gets an operator’s attention rather than an advisor’s.
Not sure which one?
Fifteen minutes, no deck. Describe the problem and I will tell you which it is, including if the answer is none of them.
